Change Management

Increased competition and de-regulation has created enormous pressures for effectiveness and increased the need for improved responsiveness. Organisations find themselves in a state of constant change and success lies in its effective management.

Method

Participants will work on a change problem which affects them and will be provided with a structured approach to its management. If appropriate, we will use case studies and management exercises.
