Conflict ManagementBackground Conflict can be debilitating or liberating. It can be so
debilitating that it locks people into entrenched positions and destroys trust,
but if well managed it can be a positive force in helping people work together
to achieve resolution of their differences. Objectives
Method There is a mixture of management games and consideration of real time conflict in the work place. The games are used to provide general lessons and concepts. Much of the real learning arises out of the examination of conflict and the establishment of ground rules for its management. |
